Man, it’s been a minute since I put something written out to the world. It’s funny how easy it is to fall into that trap of, “I’ll get to it as soon as I get done with this project,” then you get sidetracked. Then it turns into, “No, I’ll really get it done as soon as I get finished with that project.” And so it goes…

I’m pretty sure we’ve all been there a time or two and so here is my attempt to get back on the writing program and keeping everybody up-to-date with what’s going on with Van Den Brink Racing.
 


Last season, a string of injuries kept me from racing nearly as much as I wanted to. Now that all of those surgeries (5 in one year) are behind me, I’m back in the gym and starting to feel like myself again. It’s time to get back after it and start chasing trophies.

In 2026, I’ll be focusing on the Dirt Late Model program. We’re in the process of finishing some updates to my current chassis. After such a good run in our last race at I-75 Speedway, I’m very optimistic going forward into this year.
 


Logistically, I’ve got some very positive news that I’ll be sharing very shortly. I can’t wait to see all the positives that are going to come out of these changes. As soon as plans are set in stone, I’ll be quick to share all the news with everyone.
